Tower Composite Panels was established as a dedicated subsidiary to address the growing global demand for lightweight, high-performance panel solutions that replace traditional plywood, steel, and aluminum. By leveraging our vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities, we deliver composite panels that are 50-70% lighter than plywood while offering superior waterproofing, rot resistance, and dimensional stability.
Our product portfolio covers the full spectrum of composite panel technologies: PP honeycomb sandwich panels (3-120mm thickness, 15+ face sheet options including FRP, non-woven fabric, automotive carpet, HPL, aluminum, vinyl leather, rubber, gel-coat, CFRT, plywood veneer, stainless steel, and cork); FRP composite panels with PU/XPS/PET foam cores for insulated truck bodies and cold rooms; CFRT thermoplastic sheets (0.7-10mm, tensile strength 3-5x higher than chopped fiber FRP) for truck body panels and EV battery shields; PET foam core materials (6 density grades from 80-250 kg/m³, 100% recyclable); and automotive interior components including sun visors, trunk load floors, parcel shelves, and headliners.
